Tile and Grout Cleaning

There are plenty of reasons to hire a professional out to clean your tile and grout,
but probably the most obvious one is so you don't have to get on your knees
and spend all day scrubbing grout lines in your home.
You can save time and effort by hiring us out to clean your tile and grout.
We use truck mounted equipment and safe but effective cleaning solutions
that are created specifically for cleaning grout, to remove the years
of dirt and bacteria embedded in your grout lines.

We provide a simple solution to getting your floors cleaned,
no upselling or shady selling tactics when having us in your home.
We are very clear about our pricing when we give you an estimate
and we do not pressure you into going with us for your cleaning service.

Should You Seal Your Grout Lines After Cleaning?

Sealing your grout lines after professional cleaning
not only protects the grout from spills that can stain the grout,
but also makes daily or weekly floor cleaning a whole lot easier.
The sealant acts like a barrier or shield for the grout
rejecting the dirty water and bacteria you get from mopping the tile.

We use an impregnating sealer that soaks into the grout lines,
that way it gets absorbed throughout the grout to protect it.
Like a sponge, whenever the grout is full no more sealer will be absorbed.
We use a special sealant that does not leave a haze if it gets on the tile,
so we are able to quickly and effectively seal your grout lines.
Whatever does not absorb into the grout will flash off and non porous surface.
This is why we can offer a lower rate for grout sealing to our clients.

How To Maintain Your Tile Floors & Grout Lines After Cleaning

When we are finished cleaning, most of our customers ask
how they can maintain their floors and what can they clean the grout with.
We recommend using plain hot water to rinse your floors for the safest results.
If that isn't cutting it, then we highly recommend using blue dawn dish soap.
Depending on how dirty the floors are, you can use about a tablespoon of blue dawn
with a gallon of water and even add some hydrogen peroxide for a brightening boost.
Then you can rinse with plain water to fully clean your floors.

Stay away from any floor cleaning products from big name brand stores
as they can leave a residue over time that will build up over the tile
and actually fuse into the grout lines making it almost impossible to remove.

Also do not use any acidic floor cleaning products such as pine sol
because if it is left on the grout lines it will start to
eat at the grout and break it down.
