It is not necessary for you to be in attendance when the technician(s) are there cleaning. If you would like to be there present, You can! But it is not required.

When you make your appointment to clean you will speak to the owner which is also the person that does your cleaning.  The details of what you want cleaned are discussed prior the cleaning visit.

When one of our technician(s) is coming to service your home, They will be able to take on any type of mess the house may bring using our products
